TPE-V

TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizates) are commercial products made of dynamically vulcanized EPDM or EPM rubber and polypropylene (PP) mixtures. Although the vulcanized EPDM particles dispersed homogeneously in the PP matrix can be processed like thermoplastics, they provide excellent rubber-like elasticity of the mixtures. TPVs are used in areas such as automotive, white goods, construction, profiles, gaskets, etc.  Their have outstanding properties such as low permanent deformation, high elasticity, and resistance to acids and bases. Elastomer technology ensures excellent performance in areas requiring high temperature.
