GENPRENE V

Genprene V is the brand name of dynamically vulcanized EPDM rubber and PP mixtures produced by Gent. Although the vulcanized EPDM particles dispersed homogeneously in polypropylene can be processed like thermoplastics, they provide excellent rubber-elastic properties of the mixtures.

• Dynamic usage range: -50 / +125 & deg;C, static usage range: (-50/ +135 °C).
• They provide very high savings in process costs.
• High chemical resistance. (acid, base, detergents, etc.)
• Provides ease of processing and recycling.
• Supremely good UV resistance.
• Allows adhesion to polar and non-polar product groups such as PP, PA, PBT, ABS, PC and PS, and there is a wide range of products including many special types.
• It has groups that are flame retardant.
• They can be easily colored with masterbatches.
• Provides the ability to maintain minimal permanent deformation and elasticity over a wide temperature range.
• Requires drying.
