GENPRENE G

Genprene G is the brand name of SEBs (styrene ethylene – butylene styrene) block copolymer and polyolefin (polypropylene) mixtures produced by Gent. They can be formulated in accordance with all kinds of technical implementations because of their excellent elasticity, climate and chemical resistance properties.

Specifications

• Because it has many specifications of rubber materials, it does not require vulcanization process.
• Wide hardness range: 5 Shore A-60 Shore D
• Dynamic usage range: -50/ +110 °C, static usage range: (-50 / + 130 °C).
• They provide very high savings in process costs.
• High chemical resistance. (acid, base, detergents, etc.)
• Provides ease of processing and recycling.
• Due to its saturated chain structure ,they have good resistance to bad weather conditions ,ozone ,sunlight, oxidation, impact and aging.
• Allows adhesion to polar and non-polar product groups such as PP, PA, PBT, ABS, PC and PS.
• It has groups that are flame retardant.
• They can be easily colored with masterbatches.
• It has groups with high wear resistance.
• Provides elasticity and low permanent deformation over a wide temperature range.
